365 Days In A Life - January 1

Yesterday was the 365th nature picture in the 2013 365 project. It was a lot of fun and at times it was quite a challenge ... especially in the winter. 

Today is the start of a new 365 project ... 365 Days In A Life. These are things that I see in my every day life. Much of what we will see will be from the New York City vicinity, but expect to see a significant number of photos from Florida, where I will be spending more time this year than in the past. Also expect to see locations that we hope to travel to in 2014.

This year we start with the most well known symbol of my home borough ... the Staten Island Ferry.
